Everyone is really nice, and it is a fun place to go to with all of the activities and games there. Dr. Kaplin is nice and funny.

I never need to wait a long time in the waiting room. When waiting there are things to keep you entertained. The people are very friendly and they try to get to know you! The smile rewards program for kids when they get their braces on is a great way for kids to stay motivated and earn little prizes. I love this place!

The waiting room is very patient-friendly, and so is their service! I love the fun drawings they have every month, I've already won two movie tickets! The staff is always friendly.

I got my braces on yesterday and I love that Dawn kept on talking to me through it all. I think the office is fun for kids. The mural, games and guessing games in the box. . I think it's cool to have this reward system too. Everyone was really nice and I look forward to going back for my expander. It didn't hurt like I thought it would.
