We were referred to Kaplin Orthodontics by a friend and have been extremely happy with our decision. The office staff was welcoming and friendly from my very first call to schedule our consultation.

Dr. Kaplin explained the process to us and made sure we were comfortable with his plan for my daughter's treatment. The staff went above and beyond to be as efficient as possible during our first visit and scheduling for our follow up appointment was very easy with many options, including late appointments.

I never have to wait long, or sometimes not even at all in the waiting room. Everybody is very nice, and they make me feel comfortable.

Doctor Chong was really nice and told me everything about it so I would be less scared. Ana was gentle and patient with me. She made me feel comfortable. She explained how to take care of braces well. Everybody there was very nice.
